SMS Messaging Terms

RememberWith.AI is a product of Pulse Insights LLC. This page describes our SMS messaging program, how you opt in, and how to opt out at any time.
What Messages We Send
RememberWith sends SMS messages for the following purposes:
- Account setup links after your first phone conversation, so you can view and manage your captured stories online
- Family member invitations when someone in your family invites you to join their shared story archive
- Question notifications when a family member submits a question they would love to hear you answer
- Service notifications such as session confirmations and important account updates
All messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by usage. Most users receive approximately 1 to 5 messages per month. You will never receive more than 10 messages in a single month.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive SMS messages from RememberWith in one of these ways:
- Web signup: When you create an account at rememberwith.ai/onboarding or rememberwith.ai/join, you provide your phone number, verify it via a one-time code, and see the disclosure: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive occasional SMS notifications from RememberWith.AI. Reply STOP to any message to opt out."
- Phone call: During your first call with the RememberWith AI interviewer, you are verbally informed that a follow-up text will be sent with a link to view your stories, and asked for your agreement before proceeding.
- Family invitation: A registered family member enters your name and phone number and confirms you are a close family member who would welcome the invitation. You receive a one-time SMS identifying the sender by name.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
STOP · CANCEL · END · UNSUBSCRIBE · QUIT
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages from RememberWith. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consult your carrier for details.
Carriers
SMS messages are delivered via major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
